2. Scope of Service
FindEmBugs provides software testing services designed to identify bugs and issues in your mobile or web application. Our team uses manual and automated testing methods to analyze functionality, performance, security, and more. The scope of our testing is detailed in the package you choose (Lite or Dark Roast).
3. Disclaimer of Liability
While we do our best to identify bugs and issues in your application, FindEmBugs is not responsible or accountable for any issues that your app may have or develop during or after testing. It is the responsibility of the client to review and implement the recommendations from our bug report.
- We do not guarantee that every single issue will be identified in our tests, nor do we take responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from bugs that exist or arise after testing.
- We will not damage your app or harm your reputation intentionally. Our testing is conducted in a controlled environment, by skilled professionals. However, please be aware that bugs and issues may still exist in your app even after our testing.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided under the following condition:
- If no bugs or issues are found in your app during testing, you may request a refund.
No refunds will be granted under any other circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the number or types of bugs found, or failure to resolve the issues after receiving the bug report.
5. Client Responsibilities
By submitting your app to FindEmBugs, you agree to provide all necessary access (such as URLs, login credentials, APK files, etc.) for the purpose of testing. You also agree to provide accurate information about the app’s current status and any specific areas you would like us to focus on during testing.
6. Confidentiality
We take the privacy and confidentiality of your app seriously. All materials, including your app and its associated data, will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. All files and data will be deleted after testing is completed unless you request otherwise.
7. Limitations of Service
FindEmBugs conducts testing to identify bugs and issues but does not offer services for fixing or resolving the bugs we find unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Our testing is limited to identifying problems, providing details on reproduction, and making general recommendations for improvement.
8. No Guarantees
While we strive to provide thorough and accurate bug reports, we do not guarantee that our services will lead to a bug-free app or that all identified bugs can or will be fixed by your development team. The responsibility for fixing bugs lies solely with the client.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, and reports provided to you during the course of our service remain the intellectual property of FindEmBugs. You may use the bug reports and recommendations internally to improve your app but may not resell, distribute, or use them for any other commercial purpose.
10. Changes to These Terms
FindEmBugs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes made to these terms.
